It would be cool if they made a FPGA version of Permut8.

I was actually thinking the same thing a few days ago. Would be dope for a more hardware oriented setup / live rig.

I just bought Permut8 today but I already agree. The sound is fantastic and all those switches would make it so fun and playable as hardware. I'd even settle for a dedicated hardware midi controller with 1-to-1 ("knob per function") controls mapped to the software. Would be a blast for live performing. :)

Another vote from me. The Permut software is just amazing. Would totally like to see a hardware version, even though I could probably never afford it ! :p
