Hi,

I paid the licence for Synplant 2 months ago. Back in my place I wanted to download it on my main PC. When I tried, I saw that the Sonic Charge Authenticator sent me to the web page, here. The message is :

"You have authorized 2 computers in total.

There is no need to reset the authorization count as it does not reflect computers currently in use. Please make sure to comply with the terms of the End User License Agreement for the products you are authorizing. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your license."

This is wrong. I only downloaded Synplant 2 on one computer. Anyway, why can't I obtain a download button ? Was the number of computers limited ? Where can I see it ? I can't find any contract in my emails.And in the End User License Agreement, the keyword 'computer' does not exist. Can I you identify the 2 computers ? I only had it on a laptop.

The Authenticator is redirecting me to the webpage, identify my synplant 2 licence, tell me to come back on the authenticator that is still redirecting me to that webpage and only have the Quit button...

Is it me or something ? I don't get it..

I have the last version of the launcher...

Our licenses are personal, allowing you to install on any number of computers you need, as long as you're the only user.

The installer can be found at the top of our download page.

According to your screenshots, the authentication succeeded. What does the Synplant 2 interface say inside your host?
